You say you're a new LLP — have you actually shipped anything?

Yes. The founding team has shipped production smart contracts, SaaS products, and AI tools before forming Web3One Tech Labs LLP in 2025. We're new as a company, not new as engineers. Ask us for code samples and GitHub in the intro call — we'll show you, not tell you.

What's the difference between Web3One and a typical Indian dev agency?

Accepted Answer

Most Indian agencies pitch 20 services and offshore the work to junior devs. We pitch 6 things we're genuinely good at, and you work directly with the people coding your product. Senior engineers only. Fixed scope. No account managers. No "discovery phases" that cost you money and deliver slides.

Do you really deliver an MVP in 4–6 weeks?

Accepted Answer

For properly-scoped projects, yes. If your idea needs 12 weeks, we'll tell you on day one — we don't pad timelines to make the price feel big, and we don't compress them to win the deal. The scope document we send after the intro call is the honest answer.

Who owns the code and IP?

Accepted Answer

You do. Completely. Private GitHub repo under your account from day one. We commit directly there. When the project ends, you walk away with everything — no hidden dependencies, no "platform fees," no lock-in. That's non-negotiable for us.

Question 5

Are you still doing Web3 / blockchain work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's where we started and it's still a core specialty. We've expanded to AI and SaaS because most founders we talk to want products that mix all three (e.g. AI trading bots, tokenized SaaS, AI-powered analytics for DeFi). We lead with modern product work but still ship Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, dApps, and trading bots.

What does the 'Free 30-minute call' actually include?

Accepted Answer

No sales pitch. You describe what you're building, we ask technical questions, and by the end you'll know: (a) whether we're the right fit, (b) a rough scope and timeline, and (c) what the next step looks like. If we're not right for you, we'll tell you who might be.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

For fixed-scope packages: 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery. For larger custom builds: milestone-based (usually 25/25/25/25 across four milestones). We accept INR bank transfer, USD wire, and USDC for international clients. Invoices raised by our LLP registered in India.

Where are you based and which timezones do you cover?

Headquartered in New Delhi, India. We routinely work with clients across US (PST / EST), UK, UAE, Singapore and Germany. Daily async updates + 2–3 overlap hours per day means timezone is rarely a real issue.

What if I don't know exactly what I want to build?

Accepted Answer

Very common. Book the free call anyway. Half our conversations start with "I have a fuzzy idea" and end with a sharp one-page scope. We don't charge for the thinking that gets you there.
