We started Web3One because
founders deserve better.
Web3One Tech Labs LLP is a new company. We incorporated in 2025 after years of shipping software at other companies — smart contracts, SaaS products, AI tools, trading systems — and getting tired of watching founders get burned by agencies that over-promise and under-deliver.
So we started something different. A small studio. Senior engineers. Fixed-scope packages. No account managers, no “strategic alignment sessions,” no junior devs quietly assigned to your project after you signed the contract.
We’re Web3 specialists by origin — it’s what the founding team has shipped most — but we’ve expanded into AI and SaaS because every modern product now blends all three. The AI trading bot a founder wants to build. The tokenized SaaS platform. The DeFi analytics dashboard. Real products today don’t fit neatly into one bucket, and we don’t pretend ours do either.
What we’re optimizing for
Reputation, not revenue. Every project we take is one we’d be proud to put our name on publicly. We’d rather say no to the wrong fit than yes to a paycheck that turns into a regret three months in.
We’re new. We’ll say it clearly — there’s no inflated client count on this site, no fake testimonials, no copy-pasted case studies with invented numbers. The work you see here is work our team has actually shipped. The clients we onboard this year will become real case studies as NDAs permit.
