Echo is a studio product we are scoping for a Q4 2026 alpha. The vision is enterprise-ready AI voice agents — not the awkward chatbots-with-TTS that exist today, but real-time conversational agents with sub-500ms response latency, natural turn-taking, interruption handling, and clean handoff to human agents when needed. Designed for inbound customer support, outbound lead qualification, and appointment booking, with built-in CRM integrations and call analytics.
